"Rachel did a wardrobe consultation for me a while ago, and I have to say its had an amazing impact going forward on my style and confidence.
When she did the consultation I was quite overweight so around a size 16. Rachel taught me loads of tips for dressing, the main one being buy the correct size for your weight! I was holding back from buying clothes because I wanted to slim down, so I was making lots of bad outfit choices.
Ive now lost weight but the lessons have stayed with me, I have loads more confidence when buying clothes because I know what suits me and am more open to experiment. I also know what colours to go for.
But one of the main things Ive found is that Ive saved money, because Im not buying the wrong clothes for me, so when I buy something now its because I really like it and it works for me so Im not wasting money.
